Prime Grade engineered timber flooring. This is a clear grade Walnut displaying the unique qualities of American Black Walnut combined with a bevel on the sides of the boards. This factory finished board comes with Matt Lacquer finish for maximum protection. Ideal for residential and light commercial applications.

Engineered 3-Layer construction with a 4mm Wear layer.

Factory Applied Matt Lacquered Finish.

Suitable for Floating and Gluing installation. Chetham recommends CTC Silent Plus Rubber underlay for floating and TOVER Tovcol MS adhesive for glue down installation.

The floor is compatible with underfloor heating. We recommend the use of TOVER MS POLYMER adhesive when installing this flooring over an underfloor heating system. The maximum surface temperature cannot exceed 27 degrees Celsius.

Sub-Floor must be dry and level. Maximum moisture content allowed for a normal concrete screed is 2%. Anhydrite or quick drying screeds must not exceed 0.05% moisture content. Special TOVER PRIMERS are recommended prior to installation of the flooring.
